Fake listings or misleading information are strictly prohibited. ServiceMelo is not responsible for vendor behavior or service quality.

4. Pay-Per-Lead Model

ServiceMelo works on a Pay-Per-Lead basis:

• Vendors pay only when they receive a customer inquiry (lead)
• Lead price is clearly shown before deduction
• Receiving a lead does not guarantee conversion into business
• Business success depends on vendor's communication, pricing, and service quality

5. Free Credits & Promotions

• Free credits are promotional offers
• They expire after the validity period
• They are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash

6. Account Suspension or Termination

ServiceMelo reserves the right to suspend or permanently block accounts if:

• Fake or misleading information is used
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Multiple complaints are received
• Platform misuse occurs

No refund will be provided in such cases.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, logo, name "ServiceMelo", design, and branding belong to ServiceMelo. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

ServiceMelo is not responsible for:

• Quality of services
• Pricing disputes
• Customer-vendor disagreements
